Welcome! I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds including Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.

Ever feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? Maybe you are struggling with a family relationship or work struggles or facing daily life struggles.  I work with a variety of issues and concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life transitions like marriage, divorce, career change and work/life balance. I also work with children and adolescents who are having a difficult time adjusting to school, making and keeping friends, having a hard time getting along with family members, or who need help managing symptoms of attention-deficit disorder. I am here to help ease the burden while we work together to find solutions for you and your family members. I provide therapy to individuals (ages 10+), couples, and families. I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments (please see assessment services for further information).

Childhood development is a trying time and children often struggle to understand or properly deal with the changes they’re going through. I work with the child individually and incorporate family therapy on an as needed basis to help the child navigate the difficulties they are facing. I incorporate therapeutic games and activities to make the sessions more fun!

Adolescence is a unique and formative time, with physical, emotional and social changes occurring. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my adolescent clients and provide a safe therapeutic environment allowing them to feel secure as we tackle some of life's challenges.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. If you are having relationship difficulties, you can seek couples therapy to help rebuild your relationship. I work with couples at any stage of relationship, regardless of marital status, age, race, faith, or sexual orientation.

Nearly all families deal with some sort of problems at one time or another.

Family therapy offers families a way to develop and maintain a healthy way of interacting and relating. I have extensive training in working with families needing to uncover multigenerational complex family dysfunction to families that are simply needing help to find solutions to problematic areas in their day to day functioning.

Many people have mental health concerns from time to time. I create a safe space to discuss problems in your daily life, such as at school or work or in relationships. Click on link to see more.

Assessment can differ based upon the client’s reason(s) for testing. Psychological assessment can help clarify diagnoses, inform treatment, and/or highlight potential academic, workplace, or testing accommodations to optimize a person’s performance in these settings.
